For 20 years, Partners for Dignity & Rights (formerly NESRI) has worked closely with grassroots organizations to build and win innovative legal and policy models that advance equity and public goods and build community power. We are honored that we can celebrate our 20th anniversary with such partners and have the opportunity to recognize some of them for their leadership.

Meet Our Special Honorees

• Centro de Trabajadores Unidos en Lucha (CTUL) is a worker-led organization leading the fight for worker power and workers rights. From raising wages for workers across Minneapolis and St. Paul, to recovering millions of dollars in stolen wages, to building a first of its kind standards enforcement program, CTUL is a leading force in building power for workers to live and work with dignity.

• Vince Warren is the Executive Director of the Center for Constitutional Rights (CCR), where he has led innovative legal and policy strategies resulting in groundbreaking victories in and out of the courtroom. CCR has opened up new ground for organizers and communities to hold governments responsible for violating human rights, redress structural inequities, and build a just and equitable future for all.

• Susan Blaustein and WomenStrong International support women’s leadership around the globe. Susan has brought her deep commitment to equity and human rights to Partners for Dignity & Rights as a Board Member over the past six years, and is the Founder and Executive Director of WomenStrong International, which supports local women-led organizations in the Global South.
