The 2025 Medicare for All Strategy Conference will be IN PERSON this year in Rockledge, Florida (50 min from Orlando) on November 22&23, cohosted by Healthcare NOW and Medicare for All Florida!

It's time to build The Healthcare Resistance. Join us for a weekend of plenaries, interactive workshops, strategy sessions, and opportunities to build community for Medicare for All supporters from across the country!

Conference registration includes:

  • Admission to all conference programming
  • Lunch on Saturday and Sunday
  • Cookout dinner on Saturday evening

The deadline to register is Friday, November 7, 2025.

Logistics:

  • We are unable to cover the cost of travel and lodging for attendees, but some lower-cost housing is available. Fill out the form here to request a bed!
