The Mississippi Association of Educators will present the 2nd Annual Mississippi Excellence in Education Awards Friday, March 1, at a gala scheduled for the Jackson Convention Center.

This red carpet, black tie event will honor public school educators from Pre-K to College. Eight winners will be recognized for their dedicated work in education.

Award categories are for Pre-K - 12 teachers, Education Support Professionals, Administrators, Early Educators, and Higher Ed.
