Resisting Oppression, Exploring Privilege is for white people who want a better understanding of how privilege and racism operate in society and inside of them.

This workshop will be facilitated by the inspiring and accomplished Jes Ward and Gregory Diggs. This will be an open, honest, and courageous conversation about race. Participants in this workshop will be able to work through the following:

1. An understanding of the fundamental concepts of race and racism.

2. Discuss feelings, concerns, and hopes regarding race relations.

3. Begin to explore potential individual and group responses to race and racism in our communities.
