Bystander intervention workshop
Join fellow community members for an introductory bystander intervention workshop that will introduce how to more safely intervene as a bystander by utilizing tried and true de-escalation skills that everyone should have in today's conflicted world. In this workshop, we will cover primary issues that influence when and how to intervene while keeping the autonomy of the person who is being targeted as the paramount factor in our decision-making processes. (Two-hour OPI workshop requires separate registration and $30 fee. Scholarships available)
