As the highlight of an excited program, we are honored and thrilled to welcome Seattle City Councilmember Kshama Sawant as our keynote speaker at this year’s annual dinner!

Councilmember Sawant is known for being a leader in the first successful campaign for a citywide $15 minimum wage, and has used her platform on Seattle’s city council to be a tireless champion for workers rights, renters rights, and economic justice. Sawant is the first socialist to win a citywide election in Seattle in almost a century.
