On November 29th, the Public Higher Education Network of Massachusetts (PHENOM) will celebrate our 10th Anniversary, the people who make PHENOM possible, and all of the work we have done to build the movement for high-quality, debt-free public colleges and universities in Massachusetts.

Appetizers and cocktails will be served. Students, faculty, staff and community members will be sharing their stories and experiences in public higher education and with PHENOM through speaking, music, testimonials, and much more!
