Thank you for your interest in vending at Pride Youngstown 2024, which will be June 22, 2024 in downtown Youngstown.
We're excited to host you at this fun, free, inclusive event. We are the Valley's oldest Pride festival, and we're working hard to make 2024 a fantastic, safe, inviting, fun-filled and family friendly event that welcomes more community members than ever before.
Having an awesome array of local and regional LGBTQIA+ affirming community groups, businesses, and services at our event is one big way we show our Valley how much pride and care we have for one another, and we thank you for being part of that. Here's how to vend or table in 2024.
All vendors will receive confirmation of their payment ASAP. We will follow up with any questions about logistics (especially for food vendors or those needing hookups) .No more than two weeks prior to the event you will receive an event logistics email with all event specifications. Pride Youngstown 2024 Price list:
NON-PROFIT VENDOR: $75.00
COMMERCIAL VENDOR: $95.00
FOOD VENDOR: $200.00
Extra tents (10x10) are $160.00
Water and electric $35.00
Extra one table and two chairs: $15
The following prices include one 10X10 (or larger for food concessions) space. The space includes one tent, one six foot table, and 2 chairs. Extra tent rental and water/ electric are extra. You can bring more tables and chairs for the tent if you like.

Set up will begin on Saturday June 22 at 8am. Set up should be completed no later than 11:30am.
No set up will be allowed after 12pm.
All Vendor spaces are to be paid before June 1, 2024. No exceptions.
No vendors will be added after June 1, 2024. No exceptions.
Payments
You can use this form for online payments by credit card. The first section of the form asks first and last name -- this is the name as it appears on your credit card, and the address associated with the credit card. The rest of the form is for day of contact (in case you are paying but you are not the person who is likely to be onsite).
If you would prefer to pay by check, go to this form (it's the same minus the payment element).
Note: Food vendors are those needing on-site licensing/food handling for selling/serving food. People selling shelf-stable items or snacks that do not require special food handling are "commercial vendors" (this would included wrapped, room temperature treats, baked goods, and snacks).
Note: We are a family friendly event in Ohio in 2024. We want to protect the rights of everyone to participate fully and enjoy the full range of expression for LGBTQIA+ Ohioans while also ensuring that our community has full knowledge and consent for topics and themes that are 18+ in nature. Vendors with "adult themed" materials / messages should self identify and will be in an area that is specially marked as such so that participants can opt-in to engaging in this area. It is the responsibility of the vendor to maintain their site/area and to ensure that the following
requirements are met:
1. No alcoholic beverages may be sold.
2. No pornographic materials may be displayed, exhibited, or handed out during the vent
3. Vendors will be responsible for all setup and teardown of their site
4. Vendors will be responsible for maintaining a clean site during the event and for cleaning up their area directly following the event
5. Vendors are responsible for their own garbage and recyclables at all times. Please dispose of all waste in marked refuse bins.
6. The festival is providing music and entertainment. Please no loud speakers, megaphones, or loud radios at your booth.
7. Vendors are not permitted to share vendor space with other vendors.
8. Vendor parking is first come first serve around the festival area.
9. Vendors are not permitted to roam the festival passing out or selling anything outside their booth
10. You will receive a confirmation of your vending status within two weeks of submission. You will receive a graphic you can use to promote your vending attendance at the festival a month before the festival. The week of the festival you will receive an email from our vendor coordinator with the festival layout and a vendor packet.
11. Pride Youngstown expressly assumes no liability for vendors during the course of the set up and//or event
12. Vendors are not permitted to leave the festival early. All vendors must remain at the festival until 8:00pm. If you leave before this time you may not be asked back for future festivals.
Additional requirements for Food Vendors:
1. Please contact the Youngstown Health Department and Youngstown fire Department for Compliance Standards
2. Please attach to the contract, a copy of city and/or state health permits.
3. Please attach a copy of your proof of insurance and liability coverage of each stand you register / operate at the Pride Youngstown Festival.
Pet Vendors: Please attach a copy of your proof of insurance and liability coverage for each stand you operate at Pride Youngstown.
