The U.S. House passed the INVEST Act, a historic investment in our nation’s transit system that shows Congress is ready to rebuild an America that is just, equitable, and environmentally sustainable.

We call on the U.S. Senate to follow their lead and include the INVEST Act in the combination of bills that make up President Biden’s American Jobs Plan and infrastructure final package.
