Take Action (Select One) * YES - I’m willing to take action, including attending rallies and publicly pledging my support for the contract WE deserve, including a 12% General Salary Increase, increases to the minimum salary of the lowest paid faculty, improving parental leave, addressing workload, and protecting the health and safety of faculty. NO - I'm willing to accept the Chancellor's last offer of 5%, and their rejection of salary corrections for the lowest paid faculty, rejection of our proposals for expanded parental leave, rejection of added workload protections for instructional faculty, rejection of more counselors, and rejection of our proposals for expanding health and safety rights.
