I acknowledge that there will be 3 in person phases. Phase 1: April 24th and 25th, Phase 2: June 12th and 13th, and Phase 3: August 14th and 15th, and Graduation will take place on August 21st at the UWOC 8th Anniversary. * Acknowledge

This training opportunity involves an in-person schedule, virtual trainings, and outside activities. * Acknowledge

I acknowledge that 80% or better participation is required to graduate from the program. *

Do you agree to pay a $45 deposit to secure your spot in the Institute? From your deposit, $25 will be refunded at the graduation to all who complete the program. *
