Thanks to Cole and Armstead's "leadership", coal miners are no longer protected by several regulations, including those put in place after the Blacksville No. 1 Mine Fire in 1972 that claimed 9 lives.

Not only did Cole and Armstead pass an irresponsible budget that forced the governor's veto, but Cole had the gall to hold fundraisers for his campaign while wasting taxpayer money on their special budget session.
