The shorter and more descriptive, the better.
Virtual events do not require a location, but virtual events with a location will appear on the event campaign map. (Those without a location will appear in search results only.) At least a ZIP/postal code is required for map placement for virtual events.
Select the timezone in which your event will take place.
URL of where attendees can attend the virtual event, such as a Zoom link. This will only be shown to event attendees via email after RSVPing.

Host Guidelines - What's happening?

*If you already have an Action Network account, use this campaign to get your event listed on our map. If you create an event outside of this campaign and want to include it on the map, you must email Elise@PeoplesParty.org with the DIRECT EVENT LINK.
*If you don't have an Action Network account, you will be prompted to set one up to host your event.
*All events are subject to approval and must be submitted timely for review. We reserve the right to deny any listing.
*As such, events should be saved as a DRAFT. There are additional steps necessary on our end to complete the set-up.
*Submitted events must include your name as 'EVENT BY', however 'Sponsored By' can be left blank.
*An image is recommended, but not required. If uploading an image, be sure to size it correctly as shown in the instructions. The image will auto-populate within social media accounts.
