We’re organizing a canvassing event to spread the word about the Connecting Durham Bonds, and we need dedicated hosts to help coordinate the effort. As a host, you’ll be responsible for welcoming volunteers, overseeing the setup, conducting training for new canvassers, and ensuring each team is prepared to engage with the community.

What you’ll do:

• Set up at ReCity to welcome volunteers and distribute canvassing materials.
• Lead a 30-minute training session before each shift for new canvassers.
• Monitor canvassers throughout the day to ensure everything runs smoothly.
• Encourage and motivate volunteers as they return from their shifts.
