As your constituent, I urge your office to help stop the war in Ethiopia by co-sponsoring and supporting the bipartisan Ethiopia Peace Bills (H.R. 6600 and S.3199).

The Ethiopian government along with its ally Eritrea has restarted its war against the people of Tigray. The war in Tigray has devastated the region, leaving millions of people in urgent need of food and medical aid and an estimated 500,000 civilians dead.

The conflict will only continue to spread to other regions of Ethiopia. The Ethiopia Peace Bills demand that the Ethiopian government stop blocking humanitarian aid, pursue peaceful negotiations, and will hold all responsible parties accountable.
