Tell Congress: Support the Social Security Fairness Act

The Social Security Fairness Act, H.R. 82, seeks to repeal both the Windfall Elimination Provision (WEP) and the Government Pension Offset (GPO) – provisions of Social Security law that unfairly reduce or even eliminate benefits many postal workers have earned over their career.

H.R. 82 is one of the most popular and bipartisan bills in Congress with 325 cosponsors in the House and over 60 in the Senate. Despite the bill’s widespread support, it has yet to be brought to the floor for a vote.

House Resolution 1410 would bring the bill to the floor directly for a vote.

Fill in this form and you will receive a call to connect to your Congress member’s office. Ask them to support H.Res. 1410 and bring the Social Security Fairness Act up for a vote.
