  1. Welcome and apologies - 5 minutes.

  2. Appointment of Election Tellers - 2 minutes

    1. Chris Musgrave and Sarah Krys

  3. Confirm minutes from previous AGM held 27.07.2023 - 2 minutes.

  4. Presentation of reports from party officers with Q&A:

    1. Joint Executive Committee report - taken as read, up to 5 minutes for supplementary info.

    2. Treasurer’s - no report received.

    3. Up to 10 minutes for questions on the Joint Executive report.

  5. Note of thanks for officers elected/co-opted since March - up to 5 minutes:

    1. Jonathan Dawson.

    2. Moragh Mason.

    3. Peter Cleasby.

    4. Martha Lee.

    5. Chris Musgrave.

  6. Election of Executive Officers:

Only candidates that submitted a statement by the deadline will be eligible for election at the AGM.

  1. Statements of prospective candidates - taken as read, 3 minutes each for supplementary information.

  2. Questions and Answers - up to 10 minutes.

  3. Vote for Executive Officers:

As well as the candidates proposed, there will be an option for Re-Opening Nominations (RON). Due to being a hybrid meeting, an online ballot will be taken via zoom for those attending online and a physical ballot for those in person.

If there are any vacancies left at the end of this meeting the Executive Committee will aim to co-opt members asap which will then be voted on at a subsequent EGM; in line with EGP’s Constitution.
