Justice for Pervis Payne!

Pervis Payne was wrongfully convicted of a crime in the 80s. He's spent 32 years behind bars for a crime he did not commit - because the prosecution in his case relied on faulty evidence and racial stereotypes to convince an all-white jury that he was guilty of murdering a white woman. This is one data point in a trend of violence perpetrated by the state of Tennessee against Black men.
