Welcome to the Recommitment Drive! In these trainings, we will walk chapter and national working group officers, Recommitment Drive captains, and leaders through how to recommit members to DSA.

We are hosting a two-part training, first on how to identify members to recommit and second on how to make the recommitment ask.

In the first training on identifying members to recommit, you'll learn how to:

• Make an ask of members to recommit to DSA
• Calculate your chapter's retention rates
• Use membership lists from national DSA
• Identify who's in your universe for the Recommitment Drive
• Cut a member list

In the second training on making the recommitment ask, you'll learn how to:

• Form a Recommitment Drive team within your chapter or national working group
• Meet with members one-on-one
• Make a financial ask
• Organize a phone bank

We're running this series twice, first on April 9 & 16 at 4pm ET/1pm PT and then on April 27 & May 4 at 8pm ET/5 pm PT. Each training will be 90 min.
