Restaurant Organizing Project facilitators host monthly national calls to collectively develop community-based solutions for current workplace and political fights. In these calls, food service workers are welcomed to share their on-the-job experiences related to each month's theme, and generate tactics to fight for better conditions with guidance from experienced guest speakers.
