Would you like to be part of Exeter Green Party's core team?

Could you be our Elections Coordinator?

Both of our joint Elections Coordinators  have stood down  - could you take up the role?

This is one of the three officer roles which comprise the Executive Committee – the group that oversee the management of Exeter Green Party.  You would be working at the heart of Exeter Green Party with a committed team of volunteers – it’s an interesting & rewarding opportunity for the right person. This role could also be done as a role-share by two people.

What does the Election Coordinator do?

The Elections Coordinator works closely with the other elected Party officers (Party Coordinator (jointly held post at present), Volunteer Coordinator on the overall management of Exeter Green Party, but will have a particular focus on:

  • Helping to review and amend our current election strategy for our target and development wards as needed
  • Ensuring that the party is delivering on our agreed election strategy.
  • Liaison with candidates for General and local elections
  • Working closely with our Election Agent
