Everyone in New York has heard of public housing- because NYC is one of the biggest providers of public housing in the country. But did you know that one of the biggest problems with public housing is that our state government intentionally under-funds it year after year? Come with us to Albany as we demand that the state invest $3 billion in it's public housing (not even 2% of it's overall budget!) and confer greater democratic control to NY residents!
