Host Guidelines - 6/27: "LET GO AND LOVE" Screenings & live video chat w/ Josh Fox

Host a Screening of "How to Let Go of the World and Love All The Things Climate Can't Change" and live video chat with Josh Fox:

To create your Screening Event Page, select the day (Monday, June 27th) and pick the start time for your screening. The film will premiere on HBO at 9 p.m. ET/PT, the live chat with Josh Fox will start after the film at 11:05 p.m. ET/PT

Pick a location (your home, community center, library) that works for you to host your screening. You can also keep your screening private to just your friends, family and neighbors. You will need access to HBO (or HBO-Go) and a computer with Internet to livestream the video chat.

Virtual events do not require a location, but virtual events with a location will appear on the event campaign map. (Those without a location will appear in search results only.) At least a ZIP/postal code is required for map placement for virtual events.
Select the timezone in which your event will take place.
URL of where attendees can attend the virtual event, such as a Zoom link. This will only be shown to event attendees via email after RSVPing.
