IFPTE Women's Solidarity Network

The 3rd IFPTE WSN Women & Unions International Conference Call Series is scheduled to take place on February 27, 2019!

Does bullying exist in your workplace?

Let’s move in solidarity against bullying and hostile work environments.  Each year, incidents of hostile work place events increase, and management often looks the other way.  Janet Gerhard from the Florida House Experience will be addressing bullying and its effects on workers, and hostile work environment and what we can do to turn the conditions around.  We will examine what actions are considered bullying and the appropriate response.  How to report member to member or supervisory bullying, and how to address difficult issues related to hostility in your workplace.  At times, hostile work environments can include violence. We’ll examine this topic along with other IFPTE Locals and discuss how we can protect our workplaces moving forward.

Register now to join the conference call!
