Remember to host your event sometime between November 23 - Dec 14th. When thinking about location, you should consider your home, local churches, schools or community centers. You can always change your location, so don't worry too much about having it set right now! The most important thing is to start getting the word out about your event. As a host, we will support you with: - A guide for how to plan and run your community meeting - Sample invite emails and social media messages to invite your friends and neighbors - Printable posters and leaflets to post around town - Coaching from staff organizers
