Join the onboarding committee for our onboarding drive! The working group is growing very rapidly, and we need your help in welcoming new members!

The drive is oriented towards newer members of the working group and will introduce them to the onboarding committee and assign them a few new members to onboard. The drive will include a short preparatory training presentation and a demonstration of how to use our Airtable. It will also include a period of Q&A to address any questions participants may have before they text new members and set up calls.

Participants will not be expected to make cold calls during the drive, but will be asked to text 3-5 uncontacted members on our airtable to schedule calls at a later date. The onboarding committee will follow up with participants several days later to provide additional support.
