Our September discussion will focus on how our workplace experiences have been shaped by police and incarceration. We'll talk about creating workplace safety planning as defined by the workers, fighting discrimination against formerly incarcerated workers, and organizing around abolitionist demands in the workplace.

The Restaurant Organizing Project was built to support workers building and sustaining local food service organizing campaigns. We help workers fight for immediate relief in the short term, and connect workers to support resources so they can sustain organizing around a longer-term vision to reshape the entire industry so it works for workers.
