As it is getting darker, we will do an audit of the street lights in Bow West. This will be the last Action Day of the year, so we will make it an extra festive and fun one!

We will meet in the co-op space on Waterloo Gardens from 6pm. At the (indoor) co-op space, we will have special guest from Dark Sky London -- a community group that aims to reduce light pollution in London -- to tell us about light pollution and what we can do to improve artificial light options in Tower Hamlets.  

After the talk (and a cuppa or two!), we will walk over to Bow West together (~20 minutes), observing and noting some examples of good and bad lighting on the way. We will then look at some streets in Bow West in small(er) groups to note down any lighting options we think we might be able to improve.  

Afterwards, we'll head to a local pub for a chat and a drink, for those interested.

Do bring some comfortable shoes to walk in. We hope to see many of you there!
