Activist Afternoons October 27

Start: Sunday, October 27, 2019 4:00 PM

End: Sunday, October 27, 2019 6:00 PM

Activist Afternoons is a way for all members of our community to gather and take action on the issues and elections we care about.

Please join us this Sunday, October 27th from 4-6 pm for an extra special Activist Afternoons.

Kavita and Sauli, the talented video production team at Pillay Productions, will be on hand with their video camera to capture our regular Activist Afternoons routine of postcard and letter-writing, texting and phone banking. Their goal is to bring awareness of civic engagement to a broader audience.

Would you like to volunteer to share what brings you to Activist Afternoons on camera? We'd like to know how you are creating the change you want to see in the world and what you'd like to see next at Activist Afternoons. Camera shy? No worries - just come and do your thing.

Thank you for being an awesome activist - we're inspiring others to take action!

*Might phonebank? Please bring a cellphone, laptop and charger. A headset or pair of earphones is also helpful when calling voters or potential volunteers!*
