Fostering individual and collective resilience is important for not only our individual wellbeing but for the sustainability of our campaigns and movements. Join us with climate psychologist Jessica Kleczka to explore strategies and tactics for looking after ourselves, each other and our networks.

We will explore how the climate, environmental and social crises affects our mental health in different ways, and share coping strategies to maintain wellbeing and healthy boundaries as an activist. We'll also look at ways that we can foster collective care, and the importance of joy as a way of supporting resilience.

---

We'll stay on for 15 minutes at the end for a brief Q&A.

Please note that the facilitators are not mental health professionals and the strategies outlined in this training are not a substitute for therapy or professional treatment. We are unable to offer mental health care and support. If you feel like you can't cope with climate anxiety or other mental health issues, please seek professional help. Resources will be shared after the training.
