Every Saturday 10-12 at the sidewalk in front of the Tesla Dealership 3530 Jackson Rd, Ann Arbor MI 48103. Walking in a circle on the sidewalk is legal. No blocking vehicles entering or exiting the driveways. You can park in the lot behind the Carlyle Grill, where the Cineplex used to be.
