Showing Up for Racial Justice's Value: Organizing Out of Mutual Interest.

As we move back into unlearning circles this year, we wanted to lean into our roots as a group committed to organizing to undo racism with grounding in organizing principles from both the People’s Institute for Survival and Beyond (PISAB) and Showing Up for Racial Justice (SURJ). For the next three months, we will collectively engage with these principles and how they shape us as individuals and collectively inform our organizing to undo racism in all the communities we’re a part of.  

Join us on April 8th for the second circle in this series. We will focus on SURJ values particularly addressing mutual interest and the need for us as white folks to get clear on how we have ‘skin in the game’ of undoing racism and creating communities where folks of all races can thrive.

Although this is a series, the sessions are not mutually exclusive so please join us if you did not attend the March ULC.
