Pennsylvania does have a crisis, and Rep. Rothfus's plans for our healthcare will make it worse.

As Business Insider recently reported, Pennsylvania has the sixth-highest drug-overdose death rate in the US at 26.3 deaths per 100,000 people. Thanks to Medicaid Expansion, Pennsylvania has insured 670,000 new people t and is providing substance-abuse treatment to 63,000 of those patients.
