Equal protection under the law remains fundamental to the advancement of our democracy, yet too often do we see rollbacks on fundamental rights, many that specifically impact and target marginalized communities. Minnesotans have the opportunity to fight back, by securing freedom, fairness, and equality into our State Constitution. Join the Asian American Organizing Project, whose mission is to build vibrant communities by empowering young Asian Minnesotans, in our "Awareness to Action: MN Equal Rights Amendment" session. The session will include a discussion on what the Minnesota Equal Rights Amendment is, how it affects you, and what you can do to help get it passed. We will also have group sessions to discuss the MN ERA.
