Banks got bailed out, we got sold out.

After the crash, governments bailed out the banks but didn’t fix them. Finance has refused to change its ways. The people – and our public services – have paid the price.

Across Europe, citizens will be participating in a day of action. Join us outside the roof of Princes Mall (next to the Costa) on September 15th – the 10 year anniversary of the collapse of the US investment bank Lehman Brothers and the start of the financial crisis.

Exact details will be announced on the day but we’re going to do what the state should have done - hold these banks to account for their crimes.
