Big Energy Working Group Meeting

The RBM Big Energy Working Group is meeting again on Tuesday 15th December at 7pm on Zoom.

In our last meeting we took at decision to identify a first small project to get started on in order to get some momentum happening. We identified a number of potential projects and discussed their merits:

- Using Near Map map and identify the solar rooftop potential for the Blue Mountains region

- Organise a community battery for the Winmalee area

- Implement a test, behind the meter, solar micro-grid (we have a potential test site)

- Investigate and document our potential funding models

At our next meeting, we will identify which small project to adopt either from this list of from any others brought to the meeting and considered and ideal starting point.
