Join us for the first in a series of teach-ins about the BREATHE Act,  an omnibus bill presented by the Electoral Justice Project of the Movement for Black Lives. The bill proposes to divest taxpayer dollars from policing and invest in alternate, community-based approaches to public safety.

In this first teach-in, we will give a broad overview of this complex piece of legislation and explore ways we can begin taking action.
