We would like to tell Steve Daines our concerns at a town hall, but he has not scheduled one. Senator Daines is going to be in Helena addressing the Montana legislature, so we will bring the town hall to him! Let's tell Senator Daines that we oppose repeal of ACA/Medicaid/Medicare, we support investigation of the Russian influence in our elections, we would like the Senate to force Trump to release his tax returns and divest himself of his conflicts of interest, we support an independent judiciary, we oppose LGBTQ discrimination, we oppose the Muslim ban and the wall, we stand with Standing Rock, we support public schools for all, we believe in climate change and support protection of the environment and public lands, and we support immigrants, Muslims, and people of color in our state and country! Also, his misogyny has no place in politics! We will have speakers discussing many of these topics, including investigating Trump's ties to Putin and conflicts of interest, the harm from ACA repeal, public education, and Trump's dangerous policies towards immigrants, Muslims, and LGBTQ people.
