In Bristol, we have an opportunity to get Carla Denyer elected as the next Green MP. We'd like you to join our mission.

We really want to get Carla’s campaign message out to as many households as possible in the Bristol West constituency. So, we’re inviting activists from Bristol and beyond to join us on June 25th and 26th, to help us deliver this message.

Our last action day was brilliant - over 70 activists took part during the weekend. But we want this next one to be twice as big! So we're delighted to announce that Carla will be joined by Caroline Lucas MP, who we think you'd be very excited to meet!

Our action weekends are so much fun. We'll be knocking on doors, delivering newsletters, and speaking to residents across Bristol West about the work of Carla and local Green councillors. We'll provide you with a wonderful free lunch, and there will be a social event on the Saturday evening to thank you all for your hard work.

You're welcome to join us for the whole weekend, or for either day. You’ll get full support and training from the team that got a record 24 councillors elected in Bristol last year.

VENUE DETAILS

SATURDAY - Meet at 10am at Unitarian Meeting Hall, Brunswick Square, St Paul's Bristol BS2 8PE for speeches, training and the chance to meet Caroline Lucas MP! We will begin door knocking at 11am.

Lunch and afternoon sessions available from local hubs - details to be confirmed via email to everyone who signs up. Finish by 4:30pm.

Evening social from 5pm at Old Market Assembly, 25 West Street, Bristol BS2 0DF.

SUNDAY - Morning sessions (including training), lunch and afternoon sessions available from local hubs at 10am - details to be confirmed via email to everyone who signs up. Finish by 4:30pm.

GETTING TO BRISTOL

NOTE ON RAIL STRIKES - There will be rail strikes on Saturday 25 June and services will be affected all weekend. We recommend that you travel by coach or carpool with other activists if travelling on Saturday, or travel down on Friday, allowing plenty of time if travelling by train.

Coaches run at least hourly from London Victoria Coach Station. Both trains and coaches take you into the heart of the constituency. You can walk, cycle or even take an e-scooter to your destination.

STAYING IN BRISTOL

There are lots of Hotels and Hostels in Bristol West. Why not make a weekend of it and enjoy the sights of Bristol!
