Building to COP26

With COP26 coming to Glasgow this year, the eyes of the world will be on Scotland. It is crucial that the Labour movement takes this opportunity to champion a Green New Deal that tackles inequality, deepens economic democracy, and rebuilds communities across the world.

In the first of a series of COP26 events, Glasgow Labour for a Green New Deal will be hosting this online event where you can hear more about:

> about what COP26 is all about
> what's important to grassroot campaigners and their plans for COP26
> what the opportunities are for Labour to build towards COP26.

We'll be joined speakers including:

> Quan Nguyen from the COP26 Coalition
> Paul Sweeney MSP
> Rebecca Long-Bailey MP.

We'll also have small group discussions so that you can meet other activists and discuss the best ways to make a real impact when COP26 comes to Glasgow in November
