On Monday, October 23rd and Tuesday, October 24th, the California Assembly’s Select Committee on Universal Healthcare met in Sacramento to discuss the future of Medicare-for-All in California. They didn't mention SB 562 once, and its clear that this Committee is an act to stall actual progress on passing single payer healthcare.

We're turning up the heat on all Assemblymembers to make sure they hear from their constituents. Join us this Sunday in Assemblymember Phil Ting's district in San Francisco to talk to our neighbors about what Medicare-for-All could do for their lives and ask for their support.
