California Nurses Association Phone Bank for Medicare for All: Oakland

Join us as we make phone calls to voters in Speaker Anthony Rendon’s district about SB 562, the bill that would establish a single payer, Medicare-for-All health care system in California. We’ve been calling voters in his district for the past few weeks and 50% of our calls are going through to Spanish speakers.
So we especially need bilingual Spanish/English speakers to talk to voters in the 63rd Assembly district (Southeast Los Angeles County) and identify supporters. If you don’t speak Spanish, that’s ok! You can still join us to make calls into other priority districts.
Join us every Wednesday in Oakland as we turn up the heat and and continue to build the powerful grassroots support for SB 562. All you need to bring is a charged cell phone. Please come early so we can start the calls at 6pm. Thanks for joining us in this fight for justice!
