I am a complete beginner when it comes to canvassing and trying to make a difference politically. However, Swing Left provides fantastic materials and we have a lot of local talent. I'm providing good food, a comfortable location, and a willing heart. I am curious to learn about NC-02, a gigantic district circling Raleigh. It includes Wake Forest, Louisburg, Clayton, Fuquay-Varina, and it borders Wilson and Rocky Mount. Here in NC, now "no longer considered a democracy," where the GOP controlled legislature is pulling all the strings, every little bit helps. Going door-to-door to really listen to people seems like a good start.
