The US Supreme Court ruled in Rucho v. Common Cause that the federal court will not weigh in on partisan gerrymandering, but the fight is far from over.

On July 15th, we take our state case to trial in Common Cause v. Lewis, which challenges our state's NC House and NC Senate districts as unconstitutional partisan gerrymanders. This case will be decided solely by North Carolina courts.

As we go to trial July 15th in Raleigh, join us in front of the state legislature to, once again and as loud as ever, demand an end to gerrymandering forever.
