Central/Northeast Region Retreat

You're Invited! Please join us at the Lyric, or virtually via Zoom, for the 2020 Central/Northeast Region Retreat. This year, we'll be focusing on best practices in virtual teaching and learning, navigating COVID-19 leave, and more at the Unprecedented: Educating in the Age of COVID-19 retreat. We will also welcome WEA Government Relations Director, Tate Mullen for an in-depth look at WEA's work to protect the future of education funding, as well as guest presentations on benefits of membership with California Casualty's Rachel Quist, a training in the True Colors Personality Inventory System, and a Degrees Not Debt presentation from NEA Member Benefits' David Glenn.

We will conclude the retreat with a fun trip through the Green Acres Corn Maze!

We will be rooming at the Casper Hilton Garden Inn. Because of COVID-19, all rooms will be complimentary, single occupancy. Please do not submit roommate requests. Rooms are at the Casper Hilton Garden Inn. (1150 N. Poplar St. Casper, WY 82601).

This event is FREE to WEA members. An option for virtual attendance is available. Registration is required to attend. Registration closes at 5:30 pm on Thursday, October 1, 2020.
