Join the Network Delaware Change Agent Skill Clinic!

This program will consist of an orientation plus 4 weeks of 1:1 meetings with a coach to walk you through drills and activities that will build your skills.

There are 4 learning areas that cover different skills; each participant will choose the area they wish to focus on and work with a coach to practice these skills and receive feedback and support.

Each participant can choose from the following 6 learning areas:

• Communications

• Issue Campaigns

• Managing Teams

• Organizing

• Facilitation

• State & Local Government

Each participant’s coach will work with them to ensure the 1:1 meetings fit within their schedule. The standard meeting schedule will be two 30-minute check-ins per week, plus a brief assignment.
