Chicago DSA's 2021 chapter convention will be held Saturday, June 26. Please log on to Zoom no later than 11:30 AM to sign in; the meeting will start promptly at noon. Please use this form to register by 11:59 PM on Friday, June 25th.

Due to public health restrictions on in-person gatherings, this meeting will be conducted online via a Zoom call. You will receive the Zoom link upon submitting this form. The agenda, and additional information will be sent no later than 11:59 PM on Wednesday, June 16th.

This meeting will be open to all, though only CDSA members will be able to participate in voting.
