The program focuses on providing clear tangible ways to learn how to engage in the community. (i.e., think of Scout merit badges, just focused on civic engagement). We believe through this scaffolded learning process people will feel more comfortable engaging in civics.

The Civic Achievement system provides a consistent group support and coaching space for those aiming to improve their civic skills.

There are eight core civic skill areas for participants to focus on including: Civic Basics, Organizing, Organization Success, Justice and Equity, Strategy and Action, Personal Development, Narrative and Communications, and Policy and Government. Each skills area has a prepared how-to guide to support your learning.
