Climate Camp Scotland Big Meeting

Start: Saturday, March 14, 202010:30 AM

End: Saturday, March 14, 2020 5:00 PM

This summer we are holding a climate camp to fight for justice and shut down the Scottish fossil fuel industry.

In January, we collectively decided to target Shell and ExxonMobil at their gas plants in Mossmorran, Fife. Working with local communities who have been enduring endless flaring from the site, we will take the fight to the big polluters.

Saturday 14th March is our first group organising meeting. We will get to know each other better, hear updates from each working group, make key decisions together and outline our collective vision for the camp.

For those who can stay overnight, on Sunday 15th we will collectively plan and participate in a family friendly action against the fossil fuel industry!

Accessibility

The venue has step free access and there will be a microphone and PA in use during the meeting.

We will provide pay-what-you-can lunch on Saturday.

All of our events operate based on our safer spaces policy.
