Bill McKibben: Bill McKibben is a contributing writer to The New Yorker, and a founder of Third Act, which organizes people over the age of 60 to work on climate and racial justice. He founded the first global grassroots climate campaign, 350.org, and serves as the Schumann Distinguished Professor in Residence at Middlebury College in Vermont. In 2014 he was awarded the Right Livelihood Prize, sometimes called the 'alternative Nobel,' in the Swedish Parliament. He's also won the Gandhi Peace Award, and honorary degrees from 19 colleges and universities. He has written over a dozen books about the environment, including his first, The End of Nature, published in 1989, and the forthcoming The Flag, the Cross, and the Station Wagon: A Graying American Looks Back at his Suburban Boyhood and Wonders What the Hell Happened.

Neta Crawford is professor and chair of the Department of Political Science at Boston University. She is the incoming Montague Burton Professor of International Relations at Oxford University. She is the author of several books, including the forthcoming The Pentagon, Climate Change and War from MIT Press, out in the fall of this year.

David Gibson has been an organizer for over 40 years working for peace, environmental organizations, consumer rights groups and labor unions. He is currently the Organizing Director at Peace, Justice, Sustainability NOW! and on the national staff of Peace Action. Previously, he worked as the Field Organizer at Coalition for Peace Action Pennsylvania and the Field Canvass Director at Clean Air Council. David is a single father. The best thing he has ever done is raise his daughter who is now a 24 year old Drexel graduate majoring in film. He is also a published writer and non-violence trainer.
